Biltong

South Africa’s most famous snack food is simply a taste sensation. Sailor’s Biltong is a dried cured meat which has an excellent shelf life. It is high in protein, low in carbohydrates with no preservatives or food colouring. Although eaten as an all-purpose snack, Sailor’s Biltong is often used as delicious accompaniment in stews, savoury baked goods and curries.
