South African Boerewors

This is Sailor’s South African specialty! Boerewors or Farmers Sausage is made in the old traditional way. The coil of sausage in a collagen casing is coarse ground, made with the finest quality topside beef and a combination of spices – roasted corriander, clove and nutmeg and just right amount of fat.
